Bluff STEEL DOCK BOARD WITH FORKLIFT TINE NOTCHESBluff Speedy Board Dock Board offers integral Fork Cut-outs for Easy and Safe Maneuvering.This dock board allows the fork lift driver to move, set and retrieve the dock plate without leaving the seat of the forklift. The leading edge of the board has twin "notched" holes that allow the driver to scoop the board and move it to and from the dock without having to raise lifting loops or secure chains into place. This saves time and increases productivity at high-traffic cycle dock operations, and enhances dock safety since the driver is most at risk when outside the forklift cab. All welded steel construction with anti-skid diamond tread surface provides maximum safety. Loading dock board has tapered curbs that help prevent tire damage and beveled ends offer smooth entry and exit. Safety stop on underside of the plate fits snugly between truck and dock so it will not shift under load. Complies with OSHA spec. 1910.30(A) and ANSI spec. MH30.2.20,000 Lb. Capacity Dock Board has a 7° bend 17½" from the truck end and a 9° bend 8" from the dock end.NOTE:CAPACITY is the combined weight of your maximum pallet load and lift truck. Capacity is rated for a single shift with equipment speeds of 3 mph maximum.WIDTH should be 12" greater than lift truck or load. Usable width is 6" less than overall width.Stackers and other narrow aisle loaders should not be used on a dockboard. Refrigerated trucks require special dock plates; please call for information.
