Bluff PORTABLE STEEL PLATFORM LOADING DOCK Expand your Dock Area and increase Freight Handling capabilities without the expense of site or concrete work. Used primarily where space will not allow a standard yard ramp to be utilized, this Mobile Dock Platform allows for greater maneuverability when loading and unloading trailers. Steel platform loading dock is portable, so it also can be utilized as a free-standing loading dock when used with a yard ramp in remote unloading areas. Unit can be used in conjunction with multiple dock boards for transferring cargo between trailers or as a portable shipment staging area. Additional unique applications include placing in front of a dock or railcar door to serve multiple loading/unloading positions at the same time, for use in factories as a portable work positioner, or ordered without a curb to allow a forklift to make a 90°, right angle turn into a trailer. Heavy-duty steel floor plate is engineered for forklift use and 8" high curbs offer extra safety. Note: Platform Loading Height needs to be specified at time of order. Optional Adjustable Height Platform Legs are available that allow 44" to 55" platform height adjustment to meet most dock height requirements. Note: Custom platform sizes, optional forklift pockets, and platforms manufactured with an EZ-Pull Edge of Dock Leveler factory installed (sold separately) are available; call for more information.
