The BA3054 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BA3054 is simple to install and operate. The BA3054 curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BA3054 has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.
