The BRHPG30X54S1T roof hatch provides easy access to roof areas. The BRHPG30X54S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHPG30X54S1T curb is manufactured from 14 galvanized steel and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 14GA galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BRHPG30X54S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is red oxide powder coat.
