USUALLY AN 8 OR 10 BLADE. STAMPED KNIFE A STAMPED KNIFE IS CUT INTO A SHAPE FROM A COLD ROLLED PIECE OF STEEL AND THEN GROUND, TEMPERED, AND SHARPENED.
