Six-year dater makes tracking incoming paperwork easy by stamping one of four interchangeable messages in blue with the date in red. The messages are FAXED, PAID, ENTERED and RECEIVED. Below the message and date, the 15/16" x 1-3/4" impression includes a blue line and prompts you to "Initial" with PAID, write the "Name" with FAXED and record who received the documentation with the word, RECEIVED. The ENTERED message does not include a blue line. The dater is easy to use with a built-in, two-color stamp pad for date and message. Simply press and print. 2000 Plus 4-in-1 Dater includes a six-year band and light-duty, ABS plastic mount. Cartridge-style ink pad delivers up to 5,000 impressions before re-inking. Dater is self-inking with water-based ink.
